Griefstar washed down her chest hair and wrapped her fluffy white tail around her paws. The she-cat narrowed her eyes at the hard earth, and gave a a long sigh, "This will be my last gathering as leader." The WindClan leader said to her self. "Swiftstar, whom shall start the gathering this time?" Griefstar meowed calmly, turning to face him.

Swiftstar stood up. "WindClan shall go first, then RiverClan, ThunderClan and then ShadowClan." the black and white ThunderClan leader said.

Breezefall padded over the log and instantly looked around for Frostpool, Cinderleaf, or Iceclover. She spotted Featherpaw and Frostpool and smiled at them, but turned around to mingle with all the cats.
Sparrowfur trotted onto the island and looked around instantly to who had arrived. ShadowClan was late - that much she could see easily. The gray she-cat turned around to see Nightfall, the new RiverClan warrior arrive wonderingly on the island. She purred slightly, then padded over to see what new gossip the warriors were exchanging.
Nightfall looked around, slightly dazed, because she was a new warrior. With a sense of awe, she began to pad over to the apprentices, then immediately changed directions to go to the warriors. -- Green eyes gleamed as Darkstar watched the commotion below. His eyes darted to watch first Hawkflight, then Leopardstar, and finally came to rest upon Swiftstar. Uttering a soft hiss, Darkstar prepared to get up, but was distracted by a little yellow thing.
"Are we going now?" asked Tumblepaw excitedly. "Can I go first?" His amber eyes looked happily up at the leader - but Darkstar was in a bad mood, and in no position to be calmed by the apprentice.
"No," he growled ominously. "And you're a fool for suggesting it. You will go on the island last." So saying, he pushed Tumblepaw back with his paw and motioned with his tail for everyone else to follow him down. The great black leader leaped across the log and immediately bounded over towards the other leaders.
Tumblepaw, disappointed, but never sad, waited for everyone else to cross the log before following them.
"So," growled Darkstar. "Have you decided the order? Are we just going to wait around now, because each of us seems to be empty-headed?" He looked mutinously at the other leaders, his tail slashing through the air.

Griefstar growled, "We decided long ago, we have been waiting here because of your being late," Griefstar narrowed her eyes, "And you call us empty headed!" The she-cat retorted.

Hollypelt saw Rowanfire looking around and and she figured it was for her. She didn't know if that was true but she decided to pad over to him either way he was going to see her at this gathering. As she was padding over to him she realized that it was her fist gathering being a mentor, she smiled and kept walking over to the handsome tom cat.
Shadowfoot walked up a cat or two behind Darkstar, this was his first gathering as deputy and he wanted to make it the best. He padded up to the tree not really knowing where to sit and all he looked around to see where the other deputys were, and where they sat.

Cinderleaf went straight to Hawkflight, "Hello."
Silverflight looked around, it was his first time being as a warrior.
Swiftshadow looked around for someone to talk to, but found no one.

Hawkflight dipped her head to Cinderleaf. "Hello, Cinderleaf." she said, her tail twiching.
Brackendrop padded over to Shadowfoot, a ShadowClan warrior."Hello, Shadowfoot," he said, "how is ShadowClan?"
Firepoppy followed Darkstar on to the log. "Tumblepaw," she hissed, "you'll be cleaning the old moss out of the elder's den before we train tommorow."
Swiftstar twiched his tail. "WindClan will go first, RiverClan would go second, ThunderClan would go thrid and ShadowClan would go last." he said, leaping onto the Great Branch.
Coppernose watched as the ThunderClan leader lept onto the Great Branch. "I think that the Gathering will be starting soon now." he whispered.
Rowanfire's crystals lit up as he saw Hollypelt walk over to him. He drew his tail carfuly around his paws, waiting to hear what the other Clans had to say.
Rushpaw watched as the ShadowClan cats filled the clearing. "Finally." he muttered under his breath.
Icepaw watched as ShadowClan entered the clearing. "I wish that the other Clans could see what a good fisher I am." she whispered to Robinpaw.

Ooc: I am now the role player of Graypaw after Dawnfire's account was deleted.
Graypaw's fine brown pelt with gray stripes could be spoted easily among her Clan. She rolled her eyes at her brother, Tumblepaw. "How could you ask Darkstar such a thing. She batted his ear making sure her claws were tucked away.
Mudpelt looked to see the leaders. It looked as the gathering was going to start. He wished Cloverhheart was here butshe was at camp with their unborn kits. He sat down and twitched his tail.
Featherpaw was still falling behind not wanting to go sit down just yet. She saw her brother Stonepaw that last she had knew and ran over to him, "Hi Stonepaw." she said smiling.
Stonehawk ear's twitched, "Stonehawk!" he hissed not even caring who it was, he turned to see his sister Featherpaw of ThunderClan. "Oh, sorry." he said a bit upset with himself.
Featherpaw's ice blue eyes lite up, "That's great!" she meowed.
Stonehawk nodded solomly glancing up at the leaders.
Rainpaw licked her shoulder fur then walked over to Rushpaw's sitting spot. She sat down and wrapped her fluffy gray tail around her. She looked at Rushpaw with sparkling green eyes,"ShadowClan is always last isn't it." she said quitely almost in a mockingly way.

Hllypelt looked at Rowanfire and smiled she sat down beside him, "Hello Rowanfire." she said in a sweet kind voice while looking at him.
Shadowfoot looked at Brakendrop, "Fine, just fine." he said and then added "How is RiverClan?" He looked around to see that all the Clans have arrived, "The gathering should be starting soon." he said to himself not knowing if Brakendrop the RiverClan deputy had heard him say it.

Rowanfire looked at Hollypelt. "Hello, Hollypelt." he said to his Clanmate, dipping his head.
Rushpaw twiched his tail. "ShadowClan are normally here before ThunderClan." he said, twiching his tail as his father took his spot on the Great Branch.
Swiftstar drew his tail around his paws. "Cats of Shadows, Wind, Water and Sky," he yowled, siglnaling the beginging of the Gathering, "gather benteth the Great Branch to hear the news of the Clans." he paused, his eyes sweeping over the crowd.
Brackendrop twiched his tail. "RiverClan is fine." he said, his eyes glimmering in the dark. He turned to go sit with the other deputies, only seening that his sister were talking with two RiverClan warriors, and the ThunderClan deputy, Dawnfire, was missing. "Where is Dawnfire?" he wondered aloud, looking towards his sister.
Hawkflight watched as her former apprentice greeted his sister."I see RiverClan has kept away from the WindClan border." she said, mainly to Wildheart. The WindClan deputy twiched her tail, and looked around for Dawnfire, the ThunderClan deputy. "Where is Dawnfire?" she asked, scaning the clearing. She looked toward Brackendrop, her brother, who was obiously looking for the ThunderClan deputy as well.
Coppernose dipped his head in farewell to the WindClan deputy. He padded toward the Great Branch, sitting a few foxlenghs away from the branch.
Firepoppy noticed that only the WindClan, ShadowClan and RiverClan deputys were at the Gathering. Where was the deputy of ThunderClan? she wondered.

Cinderleaf looked at Hawkflight again, "May I talk to you in private?" she asked politely.

Darkstar growled softly at Griefstar, but because the ThunderClan leader had jumped onto the Great Branch, he had no time to say the retort which was just itching to be said. He bounded onto the Great Branch, moodily looking around, then sent a glare towards the cats milling about in the clearing. "Obviously," he growled, "they must not think that the Clan information is very important." It was mostly to himself, but other cats could also hear him. -- As Firepoppy hissed at Tumblepaw, the yellow apprentice bowed his head, but he purred and batted at Graypaw as she spoke to him. It was almost impossible to get the apprentice unhappy - especially at his first Gathering. -- Sparrowfur padded towards Hollypelt and Rowanfire, dipping her head to them. The gray she-cat said nothing, however, except a low hiss: "I wonder why ShadowClan were so late?"
