"That is what else I needed to get." Cinderpaw hissed irritably."Frostkit, can you get it?" she asked, not knowing what goldenrod looked like.

"Ok! Is there anything else you need before I go?" Frostkit looked happily at Cinderpaw.

[♦Frosty]

Brightwind padded over, "I ready for the partrol when it leaves." she said dipping her head to her deputy, she then turned to Cinderpaw, "I've had to have comfrey used on me befor, would you like me to fetch some? I still recall what it looks like." she asked Cinderpaw then added, "Or I could just tell you what it looks like."

"I think Brezzefall needs chivil or burdock root as well," Cinderpaw said, "Brightwind, thanks for offering to get the comfrey, make sure that Frostkit doesn't get into trouble."

[♦Frosty]

"I'm not sure what burdock root looks like so I'll fetch the comfrey and chivil." she said and padded away, into the medicine cats den. She nosed through a few things then picked up chivil and found the comfrey a little ways back further. She picked the herbs up in her mouth they nade her eyes water as she carried them back and set them at Cinderpaw's paws. "There we go." she said and shook her head to clear her mind.

"Thanks, Brightwind," Cinderpaw said, greatfully.

Brightwind smiled, "No problem at all." she purred.

Frostkit padded away to get the herbs.

Frostkit returned will all the herbs. She dropped them and said,"Is that all?" not waiting for a reply, she padded into the leaders den

Breezefall looked down at the pile of herbs and sighed. "Now would be a great time to have an apprentice that remembers something," she meowed quietly. "Let's see... don't need burdock root... and no cobwebs. Oh well."

The medicine cat turned to Hawkflight. "I assume that you are able to chew?" she meowed, pushing a bit of goldenrod towards the deputy. "Chew that up while I'm putting in some chervil and then you can apply it while I get some cobwebs." She sighed, then gently squeezed some chervil juice into Hawkflight's ear and scratched paw pad.

"I assume that you are able to chew?" the medicine cat meowed. Hawkfllight nodded, painfully as the chervil juice driped into the WindClan deputy's ear. "Chew that up while I'm putting in some chervil and then you can apply it while I get some cobwebs." Hawkflight picked up a little bit of the herb and slowly chewed it.


Cinderpaw looked around for Stonepaw. "Breezefall," she asked, "where did Stonepaw wander off to?"

Hawkflight was chewing the herbs, and Breezefall took some chervil and dripped a bit of juice into his paw pad.

"Breezefall," Cinderpaw asked, "where did Stonepaw wander off to?"

"I'm not sure," answered Breezefall, almost irritably. "Important apprentice training session going on?" she turned around and nodded to Hawkflight and Cinderpaw before trotting briskly back to get some cobwebs.

Stonepaw was laying on the ground watching them through his green eyes, he heard his name and his ears went up he sat up and listened, his eyes were shut, Cinderpaw and Brezzfall. He opened his eyes and walked slowly over, his energy was drained but he wasn't going to show it, he lifted his chin and looked at Cinderpaw, "Yes, What is it?" he asked holding back the urge to cough.

Breezefall arrived with more than just cobwebs. "Good," she meowed to Hawkflight, seeing the chewed up herbs. She removed them and applied some to the wounds, then covered them with cobwebs.

"Stonepaw," she meowed suddenly. "Eat this." She pushed a small amount of tansy towards the coughing apprentice then dropped a honeyed bit of moss in front of Cinderpaw. "Help him get this down his throat first. Remember that. Honey, THEN tansy, OK?"

Cinderpaw looked at the medicine cat, and then her brother who was waiting patiantly, by the Mossrock. Seeing that he was laughing, she narrowed her eyes at the tom. She bit back an angry retort,, and helped Stonepaw swallow the honey.


Seeing Stormpaw sitting by Mosrock, she hissed, "Why don't you stop sitting there and make your self useful, unless you have a problem. I want you to be ready to go out on that patrol that I asked for." turning to the medicine cat, she asked, "When will Stonepaw be ready to train, 'cause I think he could use some training."

Brightwind gazed at the cats with her light green eyes, "Well as soon as Silverhawk moves is furry but I'm sure we could head out on the patrol." she meowed a hint of plain joking around fun in her voice, not meaning to upest anyone.
